Our goal is to promote chess through a series of special events. In summer 2005, we conducted the very first Parents vs.. Kids tournament that was well received. We will do this event again in Summer 2006. Watch out for details. Other special event is silicon valley scholastic team competition May 6 -7, 2006. See Tournaments sections for further details. We hope to conduct such special events in the future as well.
